Apple introduced a new nice feature on macOS Big Sur: Content Filter Exclusion List.
List includes almost 60 system binaries and apps. These apps bypass firewalls such as Vallum 4 and prevent the user from being able to monitor and block their network connections.
Exclusions Blaster is an experimental tool used to overcome this new nice macOS feature.
Its usage is very simple: a table view lists all binaries and apps currently included in your macOS Content Filter Exclusion List. Use the corresponding switch to set each app as passed or blocked.
Please note:
- this is an experimental tool, use at your own risk
- filtering these connections can be a resource intensive task
Tested on macOS 11.1 arm/intel.
